AI based mobility analysis for patient's discharge management

As you would say in German “KI-basierte Mobilitätsanalyse für das Entlassmanagement“. That was the original title of my talk, as the conference was held in Berlin, Germany.

❤️‍🩹 DMEA

The DMEA itself stands for “Digital Medical Expertise & Applications.” It is a conference that takes place in Berlin and focuses on digital health, healthcare IT, and medical technology. It brings together healthcare professionals, IT experts, policymakers, and industry representatives to discuss and showcase the latest developments and innovations in the field of digital healthcare.

As you can see from the title of my talk, my focus was on using AI technology in the medical environment, specifically in discharge management. Medical care does not end after leaving the hospital. However, it is often overlooked as an important factor to make sure patients don’t have to return to the hospital in the first place.

The goal is to make use of the latest technological innovations to improve the situation and reduce burden on healthcare workers. Patients themselves want to also be more involved in the process, because in the end, it’s them who have to do the work.
